  1. Identify Negative Beliefs And Challenge Them.

The first thing we need to do is to identify our negative beliefs we have about ourselves and challenge them. For example, let’s say you want to apply for a new job and you think to yourself. Oh! I’m not good enough for that job or then not going care about me even if I apply for that job. These are the kind of negative belief I’m talking about. And sometimes you might be so use to doing it that you might not realize having all this negative thoughts and negative believe about yourself. How you can deal with this is by writing some evidence (positive statements) that challenges some of this negative believe and keep it in a place it where you can see it every single day and remind it to yourself. And as you keep doing this, you will overcome negative thoughts. You may have low self-esteem when growing up but please remember this, you can grow and develop new ways of seeing yourself at any age.

If you have some people in your life. Like some friends who brings you down by saying some harmful things to you. Speak to them, let them know how those words makes you feel and if they don’t change, try spend less time with them. And build new relationships with positive people.
